- Cost effective: Crack Filling is a much more cost effective solution compared to a complete resurfacing project.
- Increased Safety: Repairing the cracks on a court ensures the court is even and safe. This will prevent players from turning their ankles on the uneven surface a crack causes.
- Prevention and preservation: Crack Filling prevents expanding cracks from worsening, keeps the emergence of weeds and roots to a minimum and protects against subgrade erosion.
- Consistent bounce: A crack filled court prevents balls from deflected bounces from the uneven surface of a crack.
- Increased lifespan: Crack filling courts as often as possible can increase resurfacing intervals.
And here's Our process behind it...

Proper preparation is key. We begin by pulling weeds, debris and other foreign material from all of the cracks. We then take a grinder to all of the cracks in order to grind the lipped cracked edges back down to the court surface level.

The cracks are then washed, cleaned and filled using a sand, acrylic binder, and cement mix ratio. Once hardened, the crack patches are ground back down to the court surface and power washed once more to insure proper adhesion of acrylic coatings.

Once the proprietary Crack Fill has had time to cure and after it has been well cleaned we start by applying 2-coats of each existing court color back over top of the crack-fill patches. Shown in the photo to the left is the Pad color patch (blue) before the out-of-bounds color patch (green).

After all of the final colors are applied, the court receives the final finishing touch which separates the Pad color from the Out-of-Bounds color - the line paint. Much like the court surface colors, the line paint is applied in two even coats.
